Working with Forest City Enterprises, SITELAB is leading the urban design and master planning for a mixed-use redevelopment on a 35-acre post-industrial waterfront site in San Francisco. The project includes up to two million square feet of office space, between 1,600 to 3,000 residential units, nine acres of open space supported by 228,000 sf of rehabilitated historic buildings, 500,000 sf of retail, arts and light industrial uses, and a quarter-mile stretch of a renewed public waterfront
