Pam is an interdisciplinary urban designer with global experience spanning the U.S., China, and the Middle East across architecture, planning, and interior design. Driven by a passion for grounding her work in real-world complexities, she intentionally designs human-scale spaces that balance community needs, policy regulations, and economic constraints. She is also a recognized innovator in the integration of technology and planning, having presented her research at the eCAADe conference in 2021.

At SITELAB, Pam applies this blend of practical and technical expertise to complex regional projects. For the Suisun Expansion Plan, she contributes to the master planning, building typologies, and yield analysis. Additionally, she dedicates efforts on the SFMTA Joint Development project, where she expertly navigates strict local zoning codes and construction costs to evaluate the feasibility of dense development opportunities.

Prior to joining SITELAB, Pam gained four years of diverse experience working with architecture, urban design and community development firms across the country. She holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard Graduate School of Design, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University.
