A changing climate presents urgent challenges to our cities by exposure to hazards like coastal flooding, rising groundwater, extreme precipitation, drought, heat, and wildfires. These not only impact the built environment and critical infrastructure, but they compound the vulnerability of marginalized communities, worsening inequities. SITELAB is tackling these pressing issues  through adaptation planning, translating complex technical information into clear narratives for decision-makers and vulnerable communities, and working to ensure that investments in adaptation are leveraged to deliver resilient, inclusive, and equitable public waterfronts.
